We went for lunch while working in town. This was our first time here. The bartenders are very welcoming and pay attention to... everyone?s needs no matter how many people are there. During lunchtime they were surprisingly fast, whilst the food was freshand piping hot! The French fries were unforgettable, simple but seasoned and cooked to perfection. I will definitely rememberthem and crave them in the future! My boyfriends burger was huge, the picture doesn?t do it justice! Haha, sorry, I tried.. but,I was also dealing with a throbbing tooth ache at the time. They have pool tables, full bar, seating for dining, and multipledart machines. We were able to get in and out in less then an hour and back to work on-time. The location is ideal for peoplewho want to explore different shops nearby and has a downtown feel. Please check your debit transactions after paying. I was charged $62 for 2 Jack and Cokes. I was refunded the money and it was... done so quickly with no issues. I was told that there would be "training" so this does not happen again. Thank you to the ownerfor the help. Read more
HUGE shout-out to Suzi at Whiskey River and all the crew there!! We held a special birthday party on a busy Saturday night and... it was great!! Suzi was so patient with me and all my special requests. She set our group up just right - with reserved tablesand had our appetizers all ordered and ready ahead of time. She was so kind to let us bring in decorations and flowers and aspecial cake. Really fun place - nice atmosphere and the band that night (Rock Steady) was great!! Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. As a bonus, the pub fare is pretty decent, try the tacos.
