Longwood Brew Pub

We had lunch here yesterday and food was delicious. The nachos were very nicely presented and the Brewmaster Salad was very tasty.

Our very big dance crew had a post-competition celebration here a few nights ago. The pub staff (ESPECIALLY our server Ryan!) was excellent. They handled a large group with professionalism and humour (sorry for all the chair moving ?). We all agreed that it's the best service we've had anywhere in a long time. I'm adding a picture that Ryan took of all of us. He managed to make every single person laugh out loud; great fun.

Have you ever enjoyed a pub so much you considered asking of it was for sale? This is one of the best pubs my wife and I have ever tried. Between delicious food, unbelievably good beer and friendly staff I would say you are missing out if you don't stop in for Pale Ale, a bowl of chowder, a pice of nanimo bar cheese cake, not to mention a game of pool!

Perhaps the best brewery in Nanaimo? I would say so! Visit them for amazing locally brewed beer and lip smacking food on the side! Regardless of what you order, please remember to ask for ?MacKenzie?. She is simply the BEST hostess.

Great place to meet and have a meal. Love the IPA and my blackened chicken and avocado was scrummy good. I gotta say, I am not a fan of the parking situation. Don't take anything bigger than 'normal' vehicle. I am in an RV and there is no consideration given for larger stuff.

Service was absolutely wonderful and personable. Wings lacked flavour and missed the crispy crunch that I like to see with a fried wing. Burger was good. But also seemed middle of the pack. Overall enjoyed the experience, however wouldn?t make it the ?go to? spot with the boys.

Great beers, nice patio, and our food was delish. Nice to have cheese on the beef dip, and pretty much the best salmon burger I've had. Will be back!

Great location and tasty food. We are lucky to get a nice table in the patio area, with a nice view! Service was great and the the timing of food to get serve is just right, we didn't need to wait that long even they are crazy busy for lunch rush! Kudos to the the entire staff! Great team work!
