The lady who served me had no manners at all, and she over cooked my sub when I asked for lightly toasted. The sandwich was... basically rock hard, and fell apart as you touched it. I've had to tell them 3 times now that the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich used the real chicken and not the chunks. They continue... to cheap out and use the wrong chicken in an attempt to cut corners and save money. I walked out last time without ordering anddecided to give them another shot. No more. I eat lunch there often (Multiple times a week) and will no longer eat there andwill tell everyone not to go there either. If they cut corners on something so simple, where else do the cut corners?? **This is new - I don't like the idea of a tipping option when paying with a debit card, even though I tab past it. Tipping was... initially for dine-in restaurants, (where you tip according to service) now almost everywhere you go, there's a tip jar or tipoption. Geesh, no one tips me for doing what I get paid for. The lady looked for the tip on receipt and when she didn't see one,she wouldn't even say goodbye or acknowledge that I said have a nice day. My rant is over... sorry, but I don't believe youshould feel uncomfortable bypassing the tip option. Everything is so high - gas, housing, food, rent.
