Great drinks including the Blue Lemonade. Queso and quesadillas were excellent. Be aware, as the bartender said to me, shots are... rather large on the island! Great wraparound patio to sit out and enjoy the beautiful area. Read more
My boyfriend and I decided to go to Millie’s yesterday before we took some pictures at the beach, it was our last day on the... island. We arrived at Millie’s around 1:30 and waited at hostess stand outside. The hostess helped a family before us and thenwalked away without a word to us. We waited so long that the woman behind us went inside and we heard someone tell her, “noyou need to see the hostess outside to be seated” the hostess returned a few moments later. She barely made eye contact withus before she asked how many. We asked for a table for two, she took our number and a name and that’s it. So we looked at herand asked about how long it would be she said “I don’t know 15 minutes maybe but you can sit up there and order at the barif you want.” SO RUDE. She was young, maybe late teens? but the hostess is the patrons first experience with a restaurant andwe were already off to a terrible start. We were confused by the comment so we made our way to an outside deck and found a freetable. My boyfriend went inside to try and order at the bar where there was only one bartender. Took him about 15 min to order.The food came out quickly and was very good. Some what expensive but most of the food on the island is. That was the ONLYredeeming quality about this place, the food. The entire staff seemed miserable and it was only early afternoon! We even saw atable of 4 sat near us who ended up leaving after 15 minutes because their waitress never greeted them. I went to use therestroom and it was trashed. Disgusting. Paper towels every where and even a sanitary napkin on the ground. Maybe get take out?But wouldn’t recommend dining in there. Read more
Millie’s never disappoints! It’s a summer staple and a home away from home. The drinks are solid and the food is delicious.... The staff could not be more welcoming and inviting. The location and beautiful sunsets are not to be missed. The market,takeout, restaurant, bar, etc. If you’re on Nantucket and you don’t check out Millie’s, it is truly your loss! Read more
This was my and my boyfriend's first time eating at Millie's and we absolutely loved it. We were vacationing in Cape Cod and... Nantucket in early August and were recommended Millie's by one of my family members. We rave about their food and definitelyattribute it as the best meal of the whole trip. The chips and queso were amazing. I had the "40th Pole" quesadilla and it wasdelicious. My boyfriend had the "Cliff Road" salad and says it was the best salmon he has ever had. Would 100% recommend 10times over. We love Millie's!! Read more
