What a shame I hate dealing with the napanee store the worst management ever Why do they have to say hot and ready when that is... never the case especially after 5:00 They close pretty much when ever they feel like it. And you can never call to place anorder to make sure you get what you want. Who ever owns this store should do some research and find out how much money they loseon a daily basis. I bet they will be shocked. I?ve been there on many occasions, to see at the least two or more people walkout because they didn?t want to wait. I don't know what to say. other than I was at the Nappanee location wanting to get a pizza at 20 after 8:00 tonight and it was... closed! but it's supposed to be open until 9:00? We came here after working and once we ordered our food and paid the workers kicked us ( plus the other customers) out of the... store for them to have a cigarette and that they?ll make it after when they are all done smoking. Read more
