Terrible delivery service. Dropped hot tub from trailer bed and looked around to see if anyone saw. I was standing right... there! They continued to deliver the hot tub and set it up like nothing happened. When I got into the hot tub to wipe it downI found broken parts most likely contributed from when it was dropped. "White Glove" delivery....not quite! No reason to spendtop dollar for a hot tub here when they can' t provide safe and efficient delivery. Now I got a 10k hot tub on my back patioand can't even use it yet. Needing to have your brand new hot tub serviced before even filling it up for the firsttime.......if that isn't a red flag to stay away I don't know what is! Everything about my purchase of an outdoor patio table and chairs, a large overhang umbrella, and outdoor bar stools has been... fantastic! The saleswoman in the Naperville store was so helpful, professional, and didn?t ?over sell?. The delivery was quick(less then 1 week) and although it came a few hours after estimated time, communication was good and expectations weappropriate. One team dropped of the items and were great.
