Not only did my son have a blast but the staff was amazing today. They were so friendly and caring. We can?t wait to go back.
Best place I've ever taken my son! He's 17 months and was able to laugh, run and play at ALL areas of the Ball Factory. Loved... that I didn't have to pay double admission. This was totally worth it. Read more
This place is a phenomenal playground that engaged all my 3 boys (3, 7, and 9 years old) from 10:30 am till 4:30 pm. The only... time they needed me was when I bought them lunch and snack and go to the restroom. The rest of the time I was sitting relaxwatching them or working! It?s a decent play area for kids. Few of the hooks are broken in toy section. I think they need to fix those. I felt it?s small... place with lot of crowd. I am hoping it to be little big. As the name says ball factory it would have been nice if they had bigball pit where kids can slide and fall in. While coming out they will give a ball for free to every kid.????
