Horrible customer service no welcome to everyoneelse that walked in hello welcome in, they just look at you. Even though they... can clearly see someone waiting they don't offer anything. Im not even here to get my self food im just here for someone else.I should of gotten in the line maybe that way i could get help but after a 20 minute wait "hey how can i help you" thats insaneif i got in the line i would of been out by now now its been 40 minutes just for 2 things Edit: today i ordered through ubereats and little did i know i was going to be missing an item in my order what a bummer even after this first incident i stillgave you guys a try and just to be disappointed. Wanted to go for quite some time but not a fan of downtown Naperville. This was not far from the parking garage though and the... staff was very friendly. They have special flavors that are in this store only. Tried the Change the World flavor..its wasdelicious and dairy free!! Read more

I was so excited to finally have a Ben and Jerry?s store and they are the best. They have amazing options and customer service,... and overall I love the company. It?s adorable inside and it?s located conveniently next to the parking garage, so I typically goon my way back to the car after lunch/ dinner. Their staff is awesome and who I?d assume is the manager is a great guy andalways makes a nice conversation. Overall a great choice for any groups, dietary needs, and time of day.
