What happened to the quality? I have been ordering bricks for years and this sandwich did not come close to what I expected to... get. I ordered the Rick's sandwich with everything on it plus pickles and Avocado. The sandwich did not have any bacon only 1slice of ham and 1 slice of turkey no tomato 1 tiny peice of Avocado that I paid $2 extra for and tons of giardniera which I didnot ask for. The sandwich was not toasted. When I called the restaurant to have them fix my lunch order they told me to callafter 3 when the manager was going to be there. When I spoke with the manager she made a million excuses that my order wascorrect and her staff does a great job. Will not be back. Read more
