The food was delicious and we kept it simple. We had Peroni's to start out and grilled bread with olive oil and graded parmesan... cheese. Che figata is just next to where we live and we have been here for the past 3 years. Thought today was the day we explore the... place. we went at a time when there was literally no one in there .... later the place started getting full. This is next tohotel arista. It is in a nice area near the city gate. The waiter was really nice, humble, and explained the entire menu. Hisselection of wines was also good. for the starters we had the BURRATA & CAPONATA with ITALIA N WEDDING SOUP. wifey loved theburrata, it had a bit of spice which we liked. The soup was just ok. for the main course, we had the GRILLED YELLOWFIN TUNASTEAK and ORECCHIETTE & BROCCOLI PESTO pasta. The pasta was nice however I felt it lacked some flavor. My wife's tunasteak was good, especially the salad that came with it. For desserts, we had Tiramisu which we were very excited about.Unfortunately, that disappointed us as it lacked the coffee flavor. just wasn't something that we liked. Read more

I cannot recommend Che Figata more than this. The whole place is a goldmine if you are looking for something special. The... food is fabulous and the pricing reasonable for what you get in perfect flavor matching. Nothing, but nothing, on the menu isless than an 8.5. I'm telling you, you will not go wrong here and I'm very tough to please in high end restaurants. Go theresoon, thank me later. Also, A Very Special thanks to: Manager Jenn, Chef Drew, and Tim and Ryan over at the bar. Thesefolks are witty, smart, professional and that's a fact! Friendly waiter. Great atmosphere. Went for lunch and there was no wait. Street parking outside the restaurant, but there's also... a garage structure in the back. I had the Italian wedding soup, which I really enjoyed. It is a bit spicy. Also had ORECCHIETTE& BROCCOLI PESTO pasta, which also tasted great.
