Awful and unfortunate experience. I came in with my birthday BOGO reward on their app excited to use my coupon. I walk in,... everyone is crowding around, the worker (off to the side, not by the register) says "I can take your order". I tell her I wouldlike one of their new blizzards and then she tells me they are out of it, but she can make a similar "concoction". I said thatis fine and proceeded to wait for my order. While she was making my blizzard, I see a sign on the register (that I was not nearsince she came out of nowhere to take my order) saying they do not accept the rewards app. I think it would have been nice toknow they do not accept the rewards app before I ordered - especially if she saw I had the coupon pulled up on my phone. Shetold me we cant take the BOGO birthday coupon after she already made the blizzard. I think it would have been nice to honor thebirthday coupon since she did not tell me prior to me ordering that they dont use the rewards app + they were out of theblizzard I wanted? Today, the entire NCHS water polo team was in line, in front of my son and I. Only 1 teenage girl running the store. She kept it... together and was extremely pleasant to every customer. DQ should give this girl her OWN store! I was pleased to know afterasking her, that I can leave a tip using a credit card! She should at the least be recognized and given a raise. We came here last night and ordered two blizzards. We had a coupon for one blizzard at regular price the other at .99¢. A good... deal. We got the Oreo chocolate mint and the Cherry chocolate ones. There were lots of families enjoying themselves here aswell. This location is high quality and the customer service is superb. Nice experience on a warm Spring evening. Read more
