Just moved in the area and stopped to get coffee and breakfast as my daily routine at Dunkin. This particular Dunkin is... literally 1,000 feet from my house. I ordered a pumpkin latte with oat milk and a breakfast sandwich. I get to the window andnoticed she was preparing to give me a straw. I kindly told her my drink is hot and cold. She quickly tells the person making itthat it?s suppose to be hot. She then turns to me and says ?you told me ice not hot?. I said no I didn?t mention anything aboutice. She continued to argue with me. I then asked was she going to continue to argue with me. Her response was ?give me yourcard?. She was very rude and unprofessional.
