Let me start off by saying the food is superb, not many places can beat it. The service however? Horrible. If you’re going to... charge extra for bottled water when you first walk in explain that. Regular water would have been fine. $22 in water due to theserver not saying anything. Brain was rude ALL night, not attentive at all. Passive aggressive to our table and nice to othertables. Guys get ready to eat too much! Overall: Service was nice: waitresses were kind and smiling. Pricewise, it is ok: full service... (buffet plus unlimited meat) was around 60 bucks per person (plus tips). There is one minor pricing error or backdoor in themenu: grilled salmon plus buffet was cheaper then only buffet ????. The staff was friendly, energetic, and willing to chit chat with us as well as helping us with any of our needs. The food was... AMAZING. Almost exactly like you would find in Brazil. This was our first visit to Fogo De Chao and we can’t wait to return! Erica quickly sat us at our table, explained the... process, and set us on our way. Aneta checked in with us periodically to make sure all our needs were met. She was exceptionallyfriendly and kind. Nicolas also stopped by and made sure we were well taken care of. We were very impressed with the servers,the bus people, and the other staff members who checked in with us. The food was delicious! My family and I celebrated my Husband's birthday here. Our reservations were for 8:00 p.m.. we ended up getting there at 7:00... p.m an hour early and we were still accommodated.
