I know times are tough and you are trying to sell your business but please keep up the quality of the product that we pay dearly... for. I was in your Naperville store Wednesday morning and purchased oatmeal chocolate chip Cookies and sour dough bread to thetune e $17 odd dollars. Cookies were stale hard as a rock. Bread was not proofed right with raw crust on bottom and giganticholes running thru this barely 10 in Loaf. Being a long time customer this was a first and maybe the last!!! So disappointed.. I am so happy to have this store in my neighborhood. My favorite is 'Low carb nut & seed'. It is soft and healthy, perfect for... wrapping sandwiches for children's lunches. Also scones are also recommended. Read more
This place has been a hit and a miss for me. Breads are expensive but delicious. I had breads that were totally out of this... world and then somedays I was given undercooked bread.
