Crazy. Yesterday I ordered sandwich with sausage I told them no sausage and they forgot and added it which is okay it happens.... What happened to this store? Out of 4 kiosks, only one works. There was a line for this kiosk after me, as well as for the... regular counter order. After the order, couldn't find cups next to kiosk. Sign says ask at the counter, but wouldn't give me thecup. Someone told me to stand on the line for the cup. They checked my name and then gave me the cup. So what's the point ofkiosks? You almost have to stand on two lines. I was a long term customer of this store and I visited in a while. On a sepateissue, just found my wife's salad was too salty. After they prepared another, she find that it was missing meat in it.Management issue???? I have never seen any panera like this. Read more
Stopped in at Panera today and got a chicken soup bread bowl and a cup of chicken noodle. Excellent and professional staff that... served us a perfect amount of noodles to broth. Definitely will be back to this location again! Read more
