I didn't want to be too unfair because the stuff on the menu was good, but when I order an iced coffee I expect it without milk.... Apparently this location has iced coffee prepared with milk already in it and I had to be charged for a whole new coffee (coldbrew or iced Americano) if I wanted it without milk. I think you should default to the assumption that a customer wants thecoffee without milk and then allow them to add it if they want to. Because now I had to either pay for a drink that I didn't endup drinking or drink something I didn't want. Read more
One thing that?s not great about Naperville is there are very few independent businesses? you can find any number of chains, but... a family owned shop where the owner knows you name? Rare. If you are looking for a place where the owner knows to offer you acinnamon roll cause she knows your son loves the. Or knows that if it?s Sunday you?re ordering a Cold Brew.
