Ryan is an outstanding mixologist. He knows his stuff. The place here is a gem. Check. It. Out.
Quiet for a Saturday, doesn't feel too "hotel bar" came here as a non-hotel guest. Very much enjoyed the drinks, nice variety... while keeping on trend. They carry a good handful of amoro and are willing to make most things. The bartender we had was welleducated on classic cocktails. (particularly various years of Maccallum), gins, tequilas and amaros. Attached to a fantastic Italian restaurant, Che Figata.We had grilled octopus and tagliatelle pasta with pork. Terrific.
