Menu for China Palace in Naples, FL

Can't get any fresher prepared food than this as they don't have any pre-cooked menu items. It is cooked when you order.

I always come back here. Excellent for people who work late and tired. There is no other option to go anywhere but Publix.... Veggies are fresh. The only thing is their fried rice. It is always not cooked. I also bought a shrimp fried rice, eating itwhile driving home, did not find any shrimp at all. I was almost home to Ave Maria, turned around and told the lady that this isnot s shrimp fried rice. She gave me a new fried rice with shrimp. No charge. Spring roll is delicious. Terrible experience each time I've gone. I say each time I've gone as I'm willing to give it another shot if I enjoy the food,... plus everyone has a bad day once and a while. That being said I've gone 3 times. Each time my order has been wrong. Each timethey have shown no empathy for the fact that its been wrong. This past time they employee argued with me for a five mins aboutwhat I ordered. The customer isn't always right but in this case I was as I order the same thing each and every time I go. Hedid not apologize for not adding the item to the bag and fought me on if I even ordered the side. Will not go back again andwill ensure that those I know understand the poor experience I have had. Place is on point (good), fried rice and chicken assortments.. obviously the "elders" can't handle it do to some excuse (grand... children/phone pick ups) and rank it low. Best price and quality. Area needed another option because the pizza place near is NOTgood. Read more

I'm so glad China Palace opened, it's great to have another fast casual restaurant in the area. The food is awesome, you can... order online, which is great, and the food is always ready when they say it will be, and always hot and fresh. I eat here aboutonce a week, because I enjoy it so much.
