Chipotle has gone down hill. I decide to try their new garlic steak and the steak was disgustingly dry, and overcooked. The... burrito fell apart because it was so soggy from whatever liquids that were in my burrito. It was pretty much inedible. Pricesalso have increased and it?s just not worth the food quality. An inexpensive alternative for a fast food meal. Food is fresh and delicious. The wait times are usually long. If your dining... in the staff attention is divided between dine in & online orders. I get that. But waiting for this food is unnecessary. Compared to other chipotle?s , this one is slow to serve. Real slow. Store is also a 2 for cleanliness. Just walked in for lunch. Lady said I will be right with you. She was obviously filling a catering order. Half staff standing... around bc they are there to help customers. 5 min later - I asked her how long until she can help she said I have 15 moreburritos to make. Then the guy behind me asked can you not take our order in between the catering. She said no, I have to getthis catering order done. It was unprofessional, I personally think catering should probably be done in the back but either waywill not be going back to this location. Ok place overall... Food is spectacular. There is a tremendous buffet of food to select from. I really love Chipotles for this... reason. The employees aren't that well trained though. As soon as you ask a Spanish speaking employee there to do somethingdifferent or out of the ordinary to your order, they cannot understand it. Also, they give less portion sizes compared to theother Chipotles in the region. Another problem that isn't specific to a single Chipotle is that when you use a coupon in the appit doesn't seem to work. It takes 10 minutes after scanning the coupon for me to proceed out of line and begin eating. Anotherproblem is that it takes them much longer to make the food ordered online because they are too focused on the orders made instore. Another problem is how they run out of food 45 minutes before closing and not getting what you want. The line is way toolong because of the staff's inefficiency to process orders quickly. They are constantly having to solve problems of othercustomers which slows down the line. AND WHY CAN I NOT GET QUESADILLAS IN PERSON. I have to order it on the app for some reasonwhich is completely absurd. Read more
