This is my first time visiting this new place with with my family. The food is very delicious and healthy. There was this... coworker that took our order, her name was Flora, she was very kind of her explaining to me and my family what the menu was andtook our order with a big smile and we will tell all of our family members to come try this new place. Well. I always wait 1-2 weeks to try a new place so they can work out kinks, have staff trained, etc. If I have to rate based... on following, this is why I?m giving it 2 Stars: 1. Staff (5 out of 10)?Very nice, but not personable. Kinda like I?m here tobe paid, but nothing else. 2. Location?(10 out of 10) 3. Decor and Design? (8 out of 10) love the high ceilings and open space.Needs to feel more cozy instead of industrial. 4. Portion Size? (2 out of 10) This is where is gets comical. This is the onething I can?t stand about franchisees is the penny pinching approach to customers. If you look at the image I posted below. Thisis what $14 gets you. I?m not shocked, but after a long day of working, this is not what I was looking for. Super simple way tofix this?double the portions (Not going to happen) or cut the prices between 20% to 30% (Also not going to happen). 5. Taste?(5out of 10) After looking at the ingredients being put in, looked VERY FRESH, but the flavors didn?t really wow me. It was good,just not great. 6. Value? (2 out of 10). $40 for 2 salads and a kids salad. I have no issue spending money on food and eat outvery often. After eating my salad, I had 7 (Yes I counted), 7 pieces of chicken each being the size of a tip of a index finger.Really?! Sorry, but as I was standing in line looking at all the pictures of salads and deciding what I wanted, to see thepictures looking full and better, seeing what I just finished eating had me write this review. Listen?I don?t want Hello@?customer care replying and offering to fix this. I don?t need freebies nor do I take them when offered. I have no issue givingthis place a second try and ordering something different in the next 2-3 months. I was in the business for 23yrs, I do havecompassion when it comes to new businesses, but I also believe in being honest and transparent. We tried Crisp & Green today and it was deliiiiiiiicious! I got the Buffalo bowl and added black beans. My two boys ate all of... their food and asked when when we could come back- everyone was very welcoming and friendly! Everything is made from scratch andis so flavorful. NEW restaurant in North Naples! Extremely clean, great fresh ambient, a lot of sitting space. I love when the menu has pictures... to visualize better. The staffs are young but super cool and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, crispy, greatpresentation. I had the Shrimply irresistible salad and my boyfriend got the Greek grill chicken and I was eating from both???????????? Excellent place to eat at anytime so definitely we will come again.????????
