We're locals here in Naples, never before been at Culver's, but what a pleasant experience my wife and I had. To me they are... THE BEST FAST FOOD BURGER. Forget McDonald, Burger King, Five Guys, Steak & Shake and all others around. CULVER'S IS THE KINGof all fast food restaurants. After we finish our meal, I requested to speak to the manager. A young guy came out and ask meif I wanted to speak to a manager, I said yes, and he responded, how may I help you? I said, are you the manager, heresponded, yes I am. I told him how good the food was and how please we were with quality of food and service. He complementedme with a Chocolate Shake and told me, next time you come, your meal is on me. Waaaaaooooo!!!!!. MICHAEL is the name of themanager, he is awesome and very polite. Thank you Michael, Great service, amazing food, consistent high quality experience,very nice outdoor seating and so much more! If you?re in the area - stop by!. Very clean and nice location with extraordinary friendly and motivated staff. We had the Signature Butter Burger and it was made... hot to order and tasted very good! We could also recommened the Chicken Cashew salad very much and also their famous ice-cream.When we left (it was 9.30 p.m.) all the employees wished us a good night and said thank you for coming with a smile on theirfaces. Clean restaurant - fast food- price for the cod filet sandwich was steep (6.50) for the size of the filet, but actual flakes of... meat DID keep falling out of the bun, which is nice when you realize that it's "real fish" and not "processed"- and the codmeat was sweet and good, so you're paying for the quality. HOWEVER- the real gem here is this decadent concoction you see in thepicture....perfect for a diet cheat day ????. So so good. Medium vanilla shake (4.29) w cheesecake pieces (.50), butter cakepieces (.50) and salted caramel (.50). Once again, paying for the DeLiCiOuSnEsS of it. Having to eat it with a spoon. Lovingevery bite. Apparently this chain is from Wisconsin. I don't know what it is about Wisconsin but with these shakes and SwissColony, Wisconsin has the market cornered regarding delicious treats. Great place for a family. The burger was good and the eployees were super nice! The fries were hot (yay)! The custard was... delicious, didn't even need toppings! Prices were reasonable. We went when there were tons of cars in the drive-through, but thefood still came out quickly! Definitely will return. Read more
