So I love the new, remodeled place! Super clean, set up well, and nice employees! And of course great food!!! ????
I have gone here this week for lunch and every time the drive thru takes longer and longer. Yesterday was 20 minutes and today... 26. I don't know why the manager on duty would put someone new at the drive thru window during the busiest time, noon. I thenwhat seems to be an older blonde woman on the phone standing in the hallway while the drive thru gets slower and slower.Corporate needs to come take a look at the cameras and hiring a competent manager and pay them well so that the times get betterand people don't shy away from coming here. This is ridiculous because I only get 30 minutes for lunch and most of it is justwaiting to get the food. In the lobby I can also see many people standing around and waiting for their order.
