THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TO! I had to wait a total on 27min in the drive-through. It took me saying ?Hello? to... get helped, and my order taken. She proceeds to talk extremely fast, and loud like we were at an auction bidding on Starbucksdrinks lol. I asked if they had an iced London fog tea latte, she then says ok grande pumpkin spice latte. I said no, repeatedmyself to hear ?wE dOnT hAvE tHaT? and settled with to other venti drinks. Then I ask about food, we agree on an order, get thethe window and they don?t have it all of a sudden. I was in the drive thru line which was very long fyi, a girl was taking orders. She completely missed my car when taking orders... and when I get to the speaker I couldn?t order there. At the window they said they can?t take my order so I have to make theline again. When I call the store manager he says how did she miss your car am like idk maybe you should ask her. And then heproceeded to say are you saying she missed it on purpose. I said again I don?t how she missed it but I just thought that makinggo through the drive thru again was very wrong when I had already done the line and you guys miss my car.
