8:30PM, 2.5 hours before closing. 2 employees. 1 female employee working hard serving and informing customers they are out of 3... key flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry. The other male employee sitting on a chair texting on his phone. Owner advice:Fire the manager. Fire chair / phone texting employee. Promote the one that was actually helping customers to manager and teachthe staff how to refill the machines. Read more

This is the best frozen yo that we've ever had. It's unique and not comparable to any regular chain franchisee places. We are... coming to get this treat every week with the whole family. Frozen yogurt tasted weird and toppings were stale. The counter was not very clean, and the young lady serving seemed bothered.
