As someone who grew up in the south, having a Popeye's this close to me was a blessing. But after eating here several times, you... start to see the lack of caring from the staff is evident in what they do. Still worth trying if you've never had it. The service was slow. Mac and cheese was congealed. Coke freestyle soda fountain was out of most everything. No napkins. Tables... were bussed but not wiped down. With that said, my chicken was very good. Maybe try drive thru, stick to the chicken and skipthe combo meals. Read more
We ordered a sandwich, fries, beignets and a pie. They forgot the sandwich. And they couldn't give us a receipt for some reason... so now we can't even prove we bought it. We should have checked the bag but it was such a small order I didn't think it wasnecessary. Lesson learned. Still such a disappointment. We drove back home and my daughter told us it was missing. I felt awfulsince it was her dinner. We went to the Manchester one to get another sandwich and had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook it. Read more

The management team is always arguing with each other and scremaing at employees. The food is always sub par. The line takes 10... to 15 min even if it's just 5 cars in front of you. They can't seem to retain employees and believe that having group textmessages belittling employees for having mental health issues is appropriate along with have zero knowledge of the labor lawsand hippa policy in New Hampshire. I was there listening to them talking poorly about an employee while I was inside therestaurant waiting on an order. I couldn't believe the way they spoke about this person and just telling everyone her healthissues, violating her hippa rights. This employee has always been so kind and amazing. I reached out to her and was genuinelydisgusted with how she was treated, and after reading the screen shots I decided I'm boycotting this restaurant until somethingchanges. Something needs to be done here. I will never return and it's not because of the owner, it's because the way themanagement team conducts themselves.
