As a customer the food is good, The cooks are Great, The front counter workers are Professional , Friendly and have a good sense... of Humor. I am a Delivery Driver who was hired to do deliveries for many Restaurants, to include The Wok N Roll. I have donemany Deliveries for the Wok with Great Customer Service, which for me is most important. After providing excellent DeliveryService for several Months and sticking by the Wok during there slow time of year. I was informed that the Wok owner stated toTony who I've been working with, that the Owner of the Wok was going to try out another delivery service. Now said decision todo so had nothing to do with The Service we provided to The Wok in Delivering food on time and treating the Customers with aGood friendly Service Experience. Customer Satisfaction is our Mission as a Delivery Service. In conclusion, my Reason forwriting this is to ask why, Mr Owner of the Wok, Why when I was providing a professional respectful Service for The Wok N Rolland its staff, Providing On Time Deliveries to your Loyale customers who showed how much they appreciated the Drivers based onthere amazing tips. Spent almost $50 here for takeout. For.the price it's not worth it. The food was subpar at best. The general gaos chicken was... very tangy and not as flavorful as I usually get from other places. Vegetarian dumplings were massive and were not pleasant toeat due to the size. The Teriyaki Beef sticks were kind of bland and not that flavorful.
