Beautiful facility and grounds. The facilities and grounds are very well kept and maintained. I had the privilege of touring the... facility during a company outing.  We went on the Delayed Gratification tour.  The tour was about an hour long.  It was niceto learn a little more on the history of Brown County, the Hard Truth Distillery, and a brief history of brewing anddistilling.  The tour of the distillery and seeing spirits made was exciting.  We were not able to take part in the tastingssince we were on a company outing.  The tour guide was knowledgeable on every aspect of the facility, distilling process, andlocal history and folklore. I think the tour guide could have spoken for a few hours. We had lunch after our tour.  The foodwas good, and the service was excellent. There is a wide selection of food options.  Everyone should be able to find somethingto their liking.  We had a large group.  The food was quickly prepared and delivered to our tables.  I did not hear anyonemake a bad comment about their food.
