This particular Burger King in Nashville NC is horrible. I waited in the drive thru for 20 mins and my food nasty. I ordered the... whopper Jr combo with onion rings. The whopper jr was thrown together and cold and onions were cold also. I will never go thereagain. Read more
I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon, only person in the store, to be greeted by absolutely nobody. I stood at the register for... about 5 minutes, somebody else even walked in to request ketchup packets and they were acknowledged, an employee made eyecontact with me and still didn't say a word. Coming from someone who works in retail, a simple "I'll be right with you." is allit takes if you're busy doing something behind the scenes to reset customer expectations and end up with a good transaction.Even if it takes a bit longer than normal, most people will understand if they're at least acknowledged. Absolutely horrible service! Went thru drive thru at 3:37pm on 8/2/22. Sat there for over 3 min & no one said anything. Drove up... to window& there was 3 people standing there looking at us and none of them even opened the window to see if we need help. Onelady walked off and the other 2 kept talking after we had been sitting there for a min we drove off. They was open bc I saw alady walk out when we drove off. My thing is if you can stand there and talk to each other bc you won't busy then you can takemy order. Will never go back. Read more

First time here at this location and despite other restaurants closing their doors to customers, this location has not given... up. This morning on my visit found one counter person doing drive up as well and doing a great job. The restaurant has a niceopen layout where you can look through not only the customer area but the kitchen also. These days I try to give a balancedreview and give not just the bad parts but also try to be fair and outline the good parts. Coming in I always wash my hands andone thing I noticed was the restroom doors; the women's restroom has a handle to pull but the men's unfortunately has no handleand you can push. We know when we go to wash our hands it's nice that some places have modernized and you don't have to touchanything, but not here, you have to touch it all and after you clean your hands now you have to grab the door handle thatsomeone who doesn't wash their hands have touched. Lastly I ordered my food and thanks to the exceptional counter person manningtwo positions I got my order hot and fresh. We are lucky that we have many choices for lunch near here and more coming.
