Came through the drive thru and nobody said nothing to me. No hi, no be with you in a min, just completely ignored me. There was... only 1 car in the drive ahead of me and no cars in the lots so it wasn't like they was busy. Hire people who take care of yourguest, not ignore them till your money drives away. The line was a little long, but it was bearable. The staff was friendly and courteous. From what I could see the restaurant was... clean. I wish all restaurants made their employees wear gloves. Seems like just about EVERYWHERE I GO, you just can't find that (thing), we use to call, "Customer Service"! I ordered an Arby's... double roast beef, with... mayo, lettuce, tomato... simple right? Well, I get my sandwich, and need I remind you, I payed extrafor the tomato & lettuce, and the sandwich has these "half dollar sized" ends of a tomato! After taking my sandwich back to thecounter, and requested better cut tomatoes, I received the same end cuts again! ???? At this point, I said, "are you guysserious "???!!! The front line person asked the sandwich builder, for some better cut tomatoes. And her reply??? "I'm not goingto cut a new tomato"!!! Really??!!! ???? So, the manager over herd me, and cut a new tomato himself!! 5 minutes later, I finallyget to put the tomatoes "I payed for," on my now, "cold sandwich"! Folks, I don't know what the heck people are thinkinganymore!!! I mean, they make $14 to $15 dollars an hour... serving & preparing fast food now! I can remember, as a cook back in1987, I think I made $2.35 an hour, and we took pride in what we served!!! You know, treat folks the way YOU would like to betreated!
