The serving size is large and the price very reasonable, but my rice was mushy. The steak looked steamed, and there doesn't... really seem to be any point in ordering different temps on the steak because it's all the same, with no sear. I usually love Bang Bang Hibachi. Not so much this time. It was one of the worst experiences ever. Food was old and cold chicken... was so hard and burnt and the rice was all stuck together. Even the guy working got upset with me because I asked how muchlonger on my order that I placed at 1:10pm but was still waiting at 1:52pm for. He said the sushi guy had about 3-4 more minuteson my order but because I said I needed to leave for work. He got ugly and said well I can just give you a refund. Like I waiteda whole hour and paid $39.00 just to leave with no food and still be late for work. Never going back again they can keep the oldfood and rude attitudes.
