I've been here six years and in those 6 years they have changed management and owners several times. The present management is... the worse. They ignore or cater to customers based on race. It's obvious, we asked for them to make us a pizza for dine in,specifically for us not the buffet. They denied our request and put it on the buffet table. But directly afterwords, a table ofthree , the same nationality as the management and in five minutes, they brought the pizza to thier table. The floors werelittered with macaroni directly in front of the buffet, all of the Bowls were gone into the wash room the entire time we werethere so we could not get soup. The prices have gone up and quality has gone down.Every employee is extremely anti social and unattentive. Tables were full of plates and I did not see one bus boy or cart. The last time me and my family came to Cicis on Nolensville the food was good and fresh. Today will be my last time dining. Food... was terrible.. I watched a man put cheese on a pizza with NO gloves on. I think ill skip Cicis from now on. This was disgustingand disappointing especially while we are still in a pandemic. Read more
There was hardly any pizza on the bar when I arrived, and you could tell it was old. It took roughly 45 minutes for them to get... fresh pizzas out. I went to try the dessert, and it was just as old, and the brownies were raw like just barely had a crust onthem could still taste the batter raw. Can I give zero stars? This was the worst experience I?ve had at a Cicis. Only a couple partial pizzas left. Noodles were so... undercooked that they were edible, but no worries the Alfredo type sauce was so thick and not warm that it wouldn?t coat thenoodles. What salad was left, was warm. Out of ranch. No desert pizza at all. Girl that was putting pizza out was touching andtexting her phone and then touching pizza. Tables were disgusting and just overflowing with plates. All the while there were atleast 5-6 staff members that I saw. But I think worse than everything was there is a horrible smell coming from the drinkmachine. Almost like a drain has not been cleaned.
