Had one of the worst experiences of my dining life here. Was waiting on a pickup order with food from another restaurant. Left... without my other food. Noticed 5 minutes later, tried to call and got ignored. Drive back to get the food, they bring it fromout back bag ripped into. This Jersey Mike's gets pretty busy. There are a lot of trades that work in the surrounding area. Lots of people do online... ordering. This location is usually really clean. Bathroom included! The parking situation isn't terrible, there's a big free lotacross the street. Even though they're busy it usually moves at a pretty good pace so wait times are sub 10 minutes. I havesteered away from the bacon, it's been pretty hard the past few times even though I think they cook it fresh. Read more
The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is for the amazing sub. The customer service was lacking in every way possible. Don?t... ask what kind of sub Sauces they have or they will bite your heat off. They were the rudest people I have ever been served by. Read more

My girlfriend and I came here for lunch. My girlfriend walks up to the register, and a lady about 4 foot tall, mixed... complexion, with glasses says, " Are you picking up?" My girlfriend says ' no '. The lady never said anything and just points tothe other side of the counter. Um did she forget how to speak because that was rude. She then says " what do you want" mygirlfriend says "excuse me?" The lady then repeats herself saying what do you want in a very rude tone and rolls her eyes. Verypoor customer service and very rude.
