This should be closed down. Customer is horrible. The works debated on who would take my order and then they had an attitude the... entire time. They did not make my order correctly and I went back to ask but she stated she doesn?t have a knife. I called totalk to a manager and the ?manager? said, what does she want. NOT what we ordered. Wow. Ordered 3 sandwiches. Mine was the Beach - no Mayo and had oregano and oil & vinegar; I think our... son?s was right as best as it could be, and our daughter?s Vito did NOT have any meat. I felt like the lady from the old Wendy?scommercial when I asked her where?s the meat? Very disappointed and wasted $$$. If we hadn?t just had a long day of work andtravel, I would have called the manager, but I think he was the one that took our order and then left so that one person couldmake our subs while the other two sat and watched and coughed. Ick. We picked Jimmy John?s due to the brand and knowing we wouldget what we wanted. Not the case here. Maybe the other one just a little further from our hotel is better but we will not beback.
