Horrible service . I ordered a beef burrito and they got my order completely wrong . Called back and spoke to a lady named... Veronica and she clearly told me they cannot replace the order that I will have to rebuy more food. And that's funny becausewhen I got there a lady that's been working there for 12 years said they can replace it. But Veronica demanded on the phone andspoke in a high tone saying " no maam no ma'am we can not " . Very disrespectful and horrible customer service . Won't bereturning to this place . Server was kinda rude after he forgot multiple items, food was delicious and beautifully prepared, some items were a bit over... cooked, even essentials like the rice, which may be a preference thing but atmosphere was great and the staff otherwise wasawesome. I am giving them one star because the service was good. The waitress was very nice and service was fast. The food was beyond... horrible. Only decent thing was the chips and salsa, not the regular tasteless tomate salsa they usually give, but the waitresssuggest to try their spicy salsa, it was good, not actually spicy but tasty. We order 3 different versions of their enchiladaplates? all of them horrible! Taste was as if food came from a can? rice tasted plastic. Definitely never trying this placeagain. We are actually from Mexico and came to visit several states in USA and this is by far the worst Mexican restaurant Ihave tried in a while. Do not recommend to anyone that knows about Mexican food.
