This is a fantastic hotel! An escape to paradise in the heart of Music City. Your surrounded by chill, beachy vibes. Rooms and... hotel were very clean. Pool was great and open late. Restaurants were good with tasty options. There lots of live entertainment.Location couldn't be better. And the staff -everyone was just so nice and attentive. Read more
Check in time was 4 pm, room wasn?t ready until after 5, the floors were dirty. Large king room, beds are comfortable bathroom... is large. Now the drawbacks? the bar/pool staff forgets to turn off the base at night, and even on the seventh floor, we couldhear the boom, boom, boom all night. After three days we found out what it was from the front desk, but still had to call themthe next few nights to remind them to turn it off! It appears that management is lacking. Valet parking is extremely expensiveat 45 per night, and had some paint scratches on it, but we will deal with that later. Staff was great( other than the musicissue) great location. Read more
Overall, had a good time with my friends. The food was good and so was all the drinks. Tho i have to say that their margaritas... didn?t quite taste like the usual margaritas. But it was still good, so I?m not complaining. The vibes were good; there waseven a singer performing live all night. I guess you should expect this when in the music city! Definitely recommend 5/5! Enjoyed my stay! Staff extremely nice and rooms are clean with it being newer. The half shower door is different so floor was... getting a bit wet but loved the decor and the pool bar area. Enjoyed the dj at night. Read more

I would not stay here unless you plan to get very drunk and can fall asleep to anything. Room 709 - very loud broken fan that... would not turn off. Engineer that came to the room was drunk and couldn?t speak English. Said the fan couldn?t be fixed. Room724 very loud over top the live music. Third room of the night now, same broken fan situation. Never experienced this ever in myweekly business travels. Why can?t the fan be turned off???? Read more
