First time at pancho and lefty's! My family and I tried going to the west end location where the service was non-existent sat... there for 15 mins no one ever acknowledge we were in the building. This was on a weekday and it wasn't rush hour. So I wasexpecting the same service at the melrose location. But Lisa L. the host was the best. As soon as you walk in she guest you witha smile, lovey lady. Then there is Ryan Bigelow the waiter he was very informative with the menu, very sweet guy. Thank you bothfor the hospitality. No issues went for lunch sat at the bar service was excellent checked on frequently.
