I ordered the ribs, potato salad, mac and cheese & banana pudding. The ribs were tender. They had a dry rub on them that was... very tasty. Mac and cheese which was actually shells and cheese, was okay. Nothing to write home about. The potato salad wasamazing. I'd go back just for that alone. The size of the sandwich is pretty good sized, and I loved reading the back story about the owner of the... business (be sure to read it) In case the name didn’t give it away their main option is pork. Super tasty bbq. I got the jumbo wings with smoked green beans and cleared my plate! The wings were truly phenomenal. My date... got the pulled pork platter and wished the meat was more flavorful but really enjoyed the baked beans and one of my wings aswell. The ribs don’t fall off the bones but it’s seasoned perfectly and I like the overall texture. The sauce is the perfect... combination of spice although even the “hot” one is mild to me. The staff is incredible and the space is great for a casualhang. Read more
