I would give 0 stars if I could. The food is exceptionally awful and burnt to a crisp. I have ordered from here twice and both... times it looked like a 9 year old cooked my pizza. Please never purchase anything from here unless you're expecting anythingmore than terrible. Read more
Pizza Factory on Lebanon Pike is terrible! Ordered sampler- all the food was undercooked. Mozzarella sticks were hard logs of... cheese. Tried to call about food, phone kept forwarding to Sicilian Pizza and the woman insisted she knew nothing about PizzaFactory! Both have exact sameenu and one phone rings both places?? I'm the office manager at a local hotel- I will be throwingout menus for both restaurants! I won't be recommending any of this garbage to any of the guests in my hotel! Read more
