Absolutely the worst one we?ve been to. We love shake shacks as a general rule. This 1 was horrible!!!! Waited 20 minutes for... order. The staff is lazy and have no desire to give an inkling of good service!!!! Served us old food that sat around 5 minuteswaiting on shakes. When I told the lady she argued with me. I watched them she didn?t. Burger greasy. Cheese cold. Fries cold.Lettuce wilted. Half a tomato. I?ve had better food at fast food joints for half the price. Get your act together! If I could give half a star it would be more factual. Food was somewhat okay. Waited in a line between 20-30 minutes. Only one... kiosk was open. In my opinion, the staff was in no hurry. Even though there was many people in line. Saw a lot of people leaveinstead of waiting. I understand that Saturdays can be a busy time in Nashville, but come on. We were visiting Nashville and looking for a place for a quick meal. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and plain fries, as did... my wife. The food arrived hot and delicious (best tasting fast-food burger I've had!) The fries were very good; crispy and lightwith just the right amount of salt. The eating area was clean. Read more
