This, I feel is not acceptable by many. It?s been sitting for longer than 5mins., if you really Look at picture you would see... where the employee placed the pizza in another box, on top of that ripped off the lid of the old box. Hasn?t been my favoriteTaco Bell or experience. This is an update: I returned to Taco Bell just wanting my $$ back for my meal. I wasn?t asking foranything more, but my idk $9.99 (can?t remember) meal refund turned into the employee calling me out of my name. Notacceptable.. She was very rude and disrespectful. Be sure to check your food before you leave the window, cause it may have beensitting for hours. So someone refunded my money a lot nicer than the other employee. She may have been a manager im not sure;she did not announce herself. The crazy thing is I?ve been a drive thru girl before and I like most people, I try to be nice.But why would you call someone out there name when it?s not coming out your pocket. Idk what their afternoon is like but, every time I try going here for breakfast something is always wrong and they ?aren?t open... yet? when it?s been a half hour since opening. It wouldn?t be such a big issue if it was once in a while, but it happens everytime with out fail and I end up having to wait another 15-20 minutes to get food. If they know they aren?t going to be open orhave things running they should change their hours! Read more

Laziest people on the planet. Supposed to close at 10pm and every single time I want something at 7pm the doors are locked and... employees are sitting around doing nothing. I drive by there several evenings per week. Sometimes there?s a note slapped on thespeaker about a staff meeting. Whatever. Not three nights a week. Close it down so these employees have to find somewhere towork where they have to actually be there the whole time. Read more
