I decided to take my daughter and a few friends to Nashville to hang out. One of the young ladies recommended this restaurant. ... The girls and I were super excited to finally eat at TGI”s. Only to be severely disappointed in the food, service andcleanliness of the restaurant. We do understand that there is staffing shortage and expected longer wait times. It's severelydisappointing especially since I have a been a patron at this franchise in the past. And I wanted them to experience thisrestaurant. Before I left this review I noticed that there have been several negative reviews lately. Which should be concerningto the owner. Hopefully the is something being done to turn this restaurant around. I usually try to avoid going to a restaurant in a busy mall. But it was national cheeseburger day and I had to celebrate by... trying a new place. I usually love TGI friday's frozen food that you can get. So I figured getting food from the actualrestaurant would be even better. But I ended up pretty disappointed. I got the appetizer sampler plate to start. I was soexcited to have the loaded potato skins. But they werent loaded, they looked as if someone accidentally dripped cheese and baconon it and scooped it back out. The ones from the store have cheese pouring over the sides and genuinely thats what I expected. Igot the queso burger that supposedly comes with another loaded potato on top. Mine did not. They all made my burger wrong ingeneral and it had to be taken back. This is to no fault of my waitress, she was amazing and i trust she did relay I didnt wantcertain things on it. But after it was fixed I could taste the tomatoes they scraped off and it tainted my experience. I wastrying to avoid flavors on my burger. Outside of that the burger was decent. Wait staff shortage can mean longer wait times. This restaurant (and the Chili's directly across from it) have to restrict the... number of tables as there are few servers--only 2 when we visited for dinner around 6pm. Nonetheless our server was super nice,was attentive, and the food came quickly. Picky's Recommendation: if you plan to eat here, check the wait list and plan on doingsome shopping/browsing while you wait. There's a carousel nearby too that can entertain the little ones while you wait as well. Read more
I ordered 8 traditional wings and a million dollar Cobb salad...the plates were not even in front on me front of me for 5 mins... when I noticed hair in both dishes.I ended up walking out after both dishes were sent back to the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting???? Read more
