They were overwhelmed with customers but had sufficient staff. They were backed up with orders. I had to wait a whole hour for... someone to take my order. They had a manager on the floor. Statistically a manager usually help the cooks get caught up sothey can get the orders out . Not this manager. She didn't have a system at all. She was in stand still mode. The firstwaitress, I had, didn't want to clean the table correctly. She was too lazy and slow. She doesn't process information verywell. I requested another waitress. You don't want anyone like that handling your food. She's an African American about 5ft 3in,dark complexion, weighs 153lbs and about 57 years of age. Our people of color have come a long way but this young lady doesn'thave any home training at all. She refused to come from behind the counter and clean the tables correctly. Worst spot I've visited during my stay in Nashville. Staff wasn't friendly Got there 6:45am door was closed, only take out,... waited about 20 mins for my order to get packed then at 7am some random guy just walked in and sat down INSIDE the restaurant,when I asked the waitress what's going on, her response was I didn't know the dine-in was opening at 7am in a rude way, walkedaway! I hate that we are at a place where you can't go into a Waffle House and sit down for a late night meal. The dining room of this... Waffle House closes at 9pm, and there is a to-go order window in the front for the rest of the night. You can order and wait inthe lot for your food to be cooked. We didn't know this when we stopped by but went ahead and got take out. It was good but notthe traditional Waffle House experience. Read more
OK so I have watched the staff at this waffle house change like I do my socks I've had my food go from great to regret but this... latest crew here have got it together the food is hot on time amd always.
