At the point some of the staff is very unprofessional you ask them something they don't know but yet get smart, the food was a... mess and wasn't right, dishes wasn't clean, they had to go to super 8 for change like we already don't have much here to choosefrom and when we go spend alot of money somewhere we want satisfaction. It wasn't this way when we went before I don't knowwhat's going on now but y'all have to have proper staff to make things right. Ask for mgmt they stated noone was there at thetime. Read more

I’ve never written a review, but when our ticket was closing in to 100.00, I’m compelled to share with future diners the... need to beware. Nice seating and wonderful view - stops there. Staffing possibly new - not an excuse. Three trips to the bar tosee if the beer was available - three was the charm. When table next to us got bread - I asked what they ordered - “oh - hotbread - want me to bring you some? It’s free. Item I ordered was no longer on the menu. She knew that. So either this item been ordered earlier or this wasn’t her first day! My husband had ordered a seafood pasta plate and I quickly ordered thesalmon - medium rare. Food comes out in a decent amount of time - but it was the ugliest plate of food I’ve ever had placedbefore me. My fault for getting an item without reviewing the sides. Nice plump piece of salmon surrounded by grilled can cornand dark brown potatoes - and I do mean dark brown. Husband’s pasta in a bowl - flat and plain. He liked his - I was gladbecause that saved me from the tirade I wanted to give. Salmon was medium and ok. Rest was just sad. All in all - mediocre ratesmoderate prices. I’ve left a review before, The Pilot House has been a consistent favorite until my visit tonight. The bartender was the... absolute worst. She managed to service all of the white customers that came both before and after us, and did a great job atignoring loyal, return customers. Luckily the bar back, RoRo, decided to step up and take our order and earn the $20 tip on a$38 bill. We won’t return. Read more

Rented the lounge area for a Christmas party and they treated us like royalty! Kroupa (sorry if spelled wrong) and Samantha... took really great care of us. They were phenomenal. Food was very good. Could not have been happier. Read more
