Friendly staff greets you at the door. Dining room or bar. Water was provided for us to study the Menu. Meals were prepared... well and careful attention to burger doneness or rareness. Fine meals with adequate proportions. Beautifully presented plates ofdelicious food. Waitress returned to check on us and whether all was to our liking. Did we need anything? My mom and I ate here this past weekend, and we thought the food and service was great! I was pleasantly surprised given the... reviews of this place. I LOVE veggie quesadillas and their app was amazing. My mom ate the entire tex mex salad, which I haveonly ever seen her do a few times. I had a slightly cold welcome but I understand, perhaps they have trivia night and waitresses could be tired as it was 9:30 PM... and busy. I ordered cajun blackened chicken Alfredo and other things. Chicken didn?t have any grill mark leave blackened. Theserver said this is what they call blackened chicken and that?s how they make it. After some back and forth they took it awayand also removed from check. I still tipped 15% for the rest but will never go there again as the vibe in the end was notfriendly. Read more
Morse Tavern is a great place for lunch or dinner. The menu is very varied with lots of sandwiches and main entrees. Each day... offers several specials with the best day being Monday which has a half pound Angus burger as a special. They have an extensivelist of draft beers and a good wine list. My wife and I split a burger and a steak burrito and we were totally full. Great foodand drinks at a very reasonable price. On top of that we sat out on the patio. Couldn't have asked for more.
