I was very disappointed with this place today. I was told it would be a 3 minutes wait for Kung Pao chicken which I didnt mind. Meanwhile I watched a vendor walking behind the counter and around the food with no mask. Then walks in an employee doing the same no mask. The manager just stood around without supporting staff or making sure the safety protocols were followed. I asked for a refund after 15 minutes of not getting my food order completed.
You order the simplest things and they still manage to mess up. Never include utensils or any sauce or napkins which sucks because most of us order from work.
I've gone to Panda 20 to 30 minutes before closing and they only have a few lame entrees left. They will not cook any more. And there's a line out the door, so I'm pretty sure they could sell the food if they made some. It's not just this location, it's all of them. It's so frustrating... they really should accommodate their entire menu till closing time.
Did 3 online orders each time. Each time no UTENSILS!!!! It should be mandatory. I'm a hard working truck driver that has to eat my panda with his bare hands. This location sux
Customer service was fine. Food as expected. Sign says they closed at 10pm. However they locked all the outside chairs at 3pm.
I been reading the reviews on the low stars here and honestly people are complaining about things that can be solved with logic. I love eating out, since i work all day most of the day so i usually grab food out. I have learn that when you give out good attitude you will receive the same back. People keep going out without masks when it has now been 2 years. Some places still required mask. Why pretend to be a newborn mind when your 25 and over. If i wanna go somewhere i look up their site on hours and offers. Why show up last 3 minutes of closing and expect to have a full table of food? I been going to panda for many years and honestly by the reviews people say customer service is bad. Maybe try showing up with a ?how are you? question. The people that dont know how to talk to a worker to get service are either homeless or careless. Some of us have jobs, i always treat others how i want to be treated at my job. Panda Express you guys are doing great. Thank you for becoming essential for the people that care and dont care about you guys. And for the ones who dont care are probably people with home problems. You guys are fine. Wish i can give you more stars.
Service was great but food wasn't as tasty as expected and I had some hard old rice pieces. We bought 3 different set of dinner and felt the food to be but bland that's why I'm going with a 4
Frequent #PandaExpress when I don?t have time to prepare a meal at home, it?s a go-to express restaurant for to-go meals. Decent food at reasonable prices. The service was great. #LetsGuide #SanDiegoEats #SanDiegoGuide #NationalCityEats #SDEats
