I just came here yesterday and now I am back home craving their burgers today! These burger and fries were delicious and their... milkshakes were very good as well. The burger you have a lot of options and the meat taste delicious and they use grass fedbeef. The fries are those freshly cut fries and they give you a great portion. They're so good. The owner stopped by thetables too, really great guy. This is a fast casual type of restaurant, so you place your order, and then you sit down. Ihighly recommend visiting! Read more
Absolutely delicious, classic 1/4 lb (options up to 1lb) burgers with classic topping options, I went for classic toppings plus... bacon and grilled onions. I loved the fresh cut fries! The tables were clean and the service was quick for a perfect made toorder burger. Read more
More like a 3.5 star experience. First of all, the service is really great and two managers stopped by to check on me several... times and find out if things were okay, which really means a lot about how they care about the business. The burger was good, Iwish they'd had a cheddar (real) cheese option so I settled for the Swiss, but honestly the upcharge/prices were a bit steep, agrilled onions upcharge was almost as much as bacon for example, (when they really shouldn't even be upcharged to begin with).My tab was just over $21 for a double burger and poutine with water. Anyway, I should have stuck with just the plain hand cutfrench fries, the Poutine didn't have curds, and the beef gravy was a bit dark tasting which ruined the dish. Great little stop on route 2 through southern UP. I got the fish sandwich (locally sourced whitefish) and Gary got the burger... (also locally sourced). Couldn't have asked for better sandwiches. And the fries- addictive. We are SOO stuffed! Owner takesquality to heart which is rare these days. Do yourself a favor and stop.
