Imagine paying $12 for a burrito bowl that's half empty. I swear, the workers are dead-set on making sure you walk out of that... establishment without a full meal. Like it's their life goal to ensure that. It doesn't matter how many items you include inyour order--they'll find a way to make sure that bowl looks like a malnourished child. Now, imagine trying to ask if your bowlcan get adequately filled for the money you paid, and then a manager walks out and tries arguing with you. And imagine gettingtold to bring your concern to a "higher" manager later that night, but when you return, the store has closed 30 minutes beforeits designated time, and no manager is accepting any questions. Well, my friends, no need to imagine any further--you canexperience all that and more at your local Chipotle at 2000 Pennsylvania Ave! This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever beento. And from my repeated experiences with this place, I can safely say that this Chipotle--more than anything else--suffers fromhaphazard and incompetent management. I can't blame the workers for hating their job if the managers are incapable of doingtheirs. If managers are reading this, I just want them to know I forgive them. They have darkness in their heart. Their mind isturmoil. I understand. But until you clean your act up, I will continue to peacefully protest this establishment ????? Good grief. The "crew members" are the definition of miserable people. Refused to bring my online order for 10 minutes ("well... you're going to have to wait") and then brought it out without a word, it had clearly been made a while ago. Worst chipotle Ever I should?ve read the reviews prior. A waste of $12. Long lines, no tortilla, no taste to chicken, stingy... portions and employees demeanors NOT attractive or welcoming I should say. One thing positive about the experience was sheserved me adequate portions when I ask for a little more brownrice . But boy upon eating the whole dish wasn?t fresh nor tasty.With the amount of customer they receive from the school and faculties, hospital staff etc?they Got to do Better!!! I?ve never written a negative review before, but this is worthy to be my first: I ordered a simple bowl with 4 ingredients. It... was $16 because I ordered double chicken and through the Uber app. When my food arrived, there was only rice and chicken in mybowl. I only ordered 4 ingredients, and they forgot HALF of them. It?s at 1630 in the afternoon, I know it?s not because they?rebusy. This isn?t even edible! This photo is flattering. I moved the chicken around thinking surely the salsa and cheese wereunderneath. Nope. It was just rice and chicken. At least they gave me a real portion of chicken. Except it?s cold and dry. Ilove Chipotle and have never had a bad experience. But this was BAD. Pure laziness. I'm not one who usually leaves reviews. But I have to. It's like this location gets rid of one batch of rude employees for... another batch. I work for department of state down the street. The young ladies behind the counter look annoyed and haveattitudes evrrytime i come here as others have stated in other reviews. As I'm standing in line they are literally making funof customers in front of me after they picked up their order. I am then greeted by the young African American Girl with thelong eye lashes with"watchu want?". I asked for a tortilla on the side and she made my bowl without it. As I'm standing thereshe looks at me and says " you need anything else or something"? After reminding her about the tortilla she makes it thenthrows my bowl down the table like trash. As I'm reading other reviews it sounds like other people are describing the younglady I am referring to also. I honestly think something bad may happen here if it continues. She very confrontational and actslike she's ready to fight and noone has done anything to her. Luckily there's mostlycollege kids and working adults who visithere. Read more
