Lovely place for dining along 14th St - indoor tables, at the bar, or on the patio. A nice selection of beers, crafted drinks or... wine set the stage. We started with the a tasty Drone On cocktail and Hazy IPA. The heirloom tomato with burrata was excellentstarter - so flavorful and delicious. The arugula and prosciutto pizza was another score. For dessert, we enjoyed the chocolatecustard. Jeni was an excellent host for our visit. A fun evening and definite return. Read more
We came to this place for dinner and there was a pungent smell of bathroom cleaning products. The whole time I felt like I was... eating while someone put a toilet bowl cleaning tablet under my nose. We asked to switch tables outside but they said we wouldhave to move to the bar and then wait more time until they could seat us outside. Well—you could either not smell terribly orjust take reservations like everyone else. Cherry on top was that the pancetta on our pizza reeked of boar taint and tasted likeit. Ruined the whole thing. Service was sloppy, we ran out of water and drinks halfway through our meal and the server nevercame to offer anything else. Pretty bad experience—won’t be coming back. Read more
Great pizza spot with both classic and unique seasonal pizzas. Great quality and service — will be back!
The folks in here nice enough. But the food is a joke. The salad is basically greens out of a bag with a few cheese shavings on... top. The “tuna belly” is essentially chicken of the sea with some olive oil. The pizza crust is thin soft nan bread. Oh,and $16 for a glass of “open order” rose and $14 for an undrinkable glass of Italian red. I’ve had $6/bottle Chiantis thatwere far better. I think they must put the tip on top automatically because I’m sure there are people out there who would bevery unhappy with the experience and take it out on the server. Read more
