Have never left a 1 start review before but, it’s 8-10$ rolls and nigiri for for 20+ dollars. Find a better value at nearly... every other sushi place in DC. Atmosphere is cool but not worth the premium. Did not have sashimi but saw a piece that alsolooked hilariously small for the price. Cut of tuna (bluefin) was delicious everything else in nigiri plate was meh and one ofthe nigiri pieces from the 35$ chef’s selection was tamago. Cmon. F tier because of quality/price ratio. 5 star reviews haveto be fake or never had actual sushi before. Read more
We stopped in right before they closed. They were cool about it and gave great service. The miso soup is better than most if not... all places in DC. I think the rolls are a bit pricey, but I’ve never had a bad one here. They also have a good happy hour forfood every day. Read more

Best sushi place we ate at in DC! It's a small place, but the food is fantastic. Fish was fresh and tasty. The miso soup was... probably the best any of us have ever had. The gyoza was different in that it was served in a warm truffle broth that was sotasty! Even the uni was so fresh and delicious. There are great sushi and drink specials too for happy hour (4-6pm), Theyinterestingly share a dessert menu with the Italian restaurant next door, so we had tiramisu and chocolate cake with saltedcaramel sauce which were both excellent. We ended up going here 3 times during our week in DC since we liked it so much. I justwish they were open for lunch! Read more
