Kind and speedy service but they have recently struggled to maintain their equipment. Coffee machines down for multiple days.... Struggles to maintain certain foods (i.e. no yogurt parfait). Read more
They require masks inside and we could not get in, and there are no near food places to walk to.
The manager was very generous to me and my family. We ordered vegetables soup on 4/7/22. However, when I arrived at our hotel... with the food, it was onion soup. I didn't like. This morning (4/17) I went back to Panera and made my complaints. The managergave us vegetables soup. Not only that, He went above and beyond. When I ordered breakfast wrap, pizza and drinks.
